Consultancy opportunity: Mid-Term Evaluation of the Modern Cooking Facility for Africa (MCFA)

Nefco, The Nordic Green Bank, now invites proposals to provide the following consulting services: “Mid-Term Evaluation of the Modern Cooking Facility for Africa (MCFA)”.

Mid-Term Evaluation of the Modern Cooking Facility for Africa (MCFA): Beyond assessing MCFA programme performance, it seeks to generate evidence on the extent to which MCFA has responded to the realities of the clean cooking sector and what this reveals about the conditions required for sustainable market growth and companies’ scale-up. The details of the required services are provided in Terms of Reference.

Questions and Answers

Any questions on the Terms of Reference or the other documentation in the RfP shall be provided in writing to NEFCO by e-mail: procurement@nefco.int with copy to heli.sinkko@nefco and to emma.yrjola@nefco.int no later than 6 October 2026 at 23:59 hrs local time in Helsinki, Finland (EET). The subject line of the e-mail shall include the RfP reference and the Consultant’s name. All questions received by the deadline will be compiled by NEFCO without any editing in the form they are sent to NEFCO.
Answers to the questions will be published on Nefco’s website and shared by email to Consultants who submitted questions.
